Drivers Installation
--------------------
Windows ME/2000/XP
------------------
Drivers are already embedded in these OS therefore no need to
install any drivers. Just connect the USB Floppy Drive and will
automatically detected by your system.
Windows 98SE
------------
1. Download the above USBFDD98.zip
file
2. Unzip the file to a
location in your C drive. Eg C:\USBFDD
3. Connect USB cable to
any available USB port in your computer.
System detects the
drive and displays the Add New Hardware Wizard.
4. Click NEXT button.
5. Select RECOMMENDED
option, then click NEXT.
6. Select SPECIFY A
LOCATION.
7. Click BROWSE and browse
to folder where you unzip the file. Eg
C:\USBFDD
8. Click NEXT.
9. System will show
selected drivers, click NEXT.
10. System should prompted installion completed, click FINISH.
MAC OS X
--------
Please upgrade to version X 10.2
Do not install the driver from Driver CD.
MAC OS 9.0, 9.02, 9.03, 9.04, 9.1 and 9.2

Drivers are embedded in the operating system therefore no needed
to use drivers from this site.
Just connect the USB cable from floppy drive to the USB port
in your Mac, insert a 1.44MB Mac or PC formatted disk and
start using your new USB Floppy Drive.
Mac OS 8.6
----------
DO NOT install the drive.
This OS requires a special drivers.
USB Mass Storage Driver Support version 1.3.5 is available from
following Apple's web site
http://www.info.apple.com/support.downloads.html
Search for the USB Mass Storage Driver Support 1.3.5 and follow
the instructions for download and installation.
MAC OS 8.5
----------
1. Download the above 05PU_MAC.sit
file.
2. Extract the above file
05PU_MAC.sit
3. Double-click the USB FD
Driver icon and follow the on screen
instructions.
4. Once the installation
is complete, restart your Mac.
5. Connect USB cable into
USB port in your Mac.
6. Insert a 1.44MB Mac or
PC formatted disk into the floppy
drive. A floppy disk
icon is mounted in your desktop.
Note: the driver files are compressed as 05pu_mac.sit, you might
need the Stufflt Expander software to open this file.
